Advise To My Younger Self

When opportunity knocks, open the door, don't keep second guessing yourself- take that risk, albeit in a measured way.
When things break, or don't go your way, don't take it as a confirmation of your failings - build your confidence, trust yourself. 
When the going gets tough, be tough and get going.
When you run into people, reach out, shake hands, make connections, make friends.
When failure strikes, as it invariably will, treat it like a comma and not a full stop.
When at a cross roads, do the right thing,
Go the extra mile, dot your i's and cross your t's
No matter how daunting the challenge, keep putting one foot ahead of the other.
